Ravenscroft is looking to recruit a full time Company Secretary to join our team in Guernsey.

Working closely alongside the Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance, as well as the various boards within the Ravenscroft Group, the role assists in maintaining the highest level of company secretarial services and standards of governance, across the entire business.

This role requires the individual to be organised, able to work within a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. You must also be confident in building and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues and contacts, both within and outside of Ravenscroft.

If you have an understanding of LSE/TISE listings, had relevant experience within a similar role and have, or are, currently studying towards a professional qualification in relation to company secretarial then this role could be for you!

You will meet and greet clients, help with their online access, assist with reports and new accounts, liaise with our relationship managers, respond to a wide range of client queries and requests, and attend client events.

The role will also include covering our reception desk during staff holiday and busy periods.

While the client services officer role is a rewarding career, there is also scope for the right candidate to progress to different areas of Ravenscroft and undertake professional qualifications should they wish to in the future. The role can be tailored to suit a graduate or someone with more experience in a client supporting role.

Ravenscroft is looking for a bright and enthusiastic school leaver or graduate to join us as a Client Services Officer. 

This role forms part of the Ravenscroft Academy in Guernsey, aiming to develop leavers with a breadth of skills and experience over a two-year period in the Investment Services industry. You will be given the chance to study for the CISI Investment Operations Certificate whilst working, which could lead into other areas of the Ravenscroft business that may interest you.

You will meet and greet clients, help with their online access, assist with reports and new accounts, liaise with our relationship managers, respond to a wide range of client queries and requests, and attend client events. The role will also include covering our reception desk and some personal assistant duties during staff holiday and busy periods.

Closing date for applications is Friday 6th August 2021 and candidates will be expected to complete numerical and checking tests as part of the application.
