Following an internal promotion, Ravenscroft is looking for receptionists for our Guernsey headquarters.
The role is varied and our receptionists need to be organised and able to multi-task. As well as answering the phones, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, being responsible for meeting rooms and welcoming visitors, the successful candidates will also organise and book travel, order office supplies, including stationery, and may also be asked to support other parts of the business during busy times.
Experience is preferred but what is vital is finding people who are welcoming, professional and presentable as you will be the first people our clients, prospective clients and suppliers see when they visit the office or speak to if they call.
