Mandy joined Ravenscroft (formerly Vartan Ravenscroft) in September 2015 to help the organisation with its compliance and anti-money laundering responsibilities. She has more than 25 years experience in the financial services sector and for 17 years was Head of Risk and Compliance at Fiduciary Management Limited, the largest fiduciary in Gibraltar.

In 2014 Mandy decided to return to the UK having spent over 30 years in the Mediterranean. She is a Fellow member of the International Compliance Association and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
